Introducing:
Gwennyth Greer
{aka Gigi}
Lover of all things artistic
A bit shy
A true friend
I'm not sure exactly how this HAPPENED!
Did we find Blythe, or did she find us?
ago because of the beautiful doll scenes.
It was fun to wake up to a creative doll scene each day.
We didn't know anything about the dolls -- we just thought the scenes were magical.
Then we started to look around a tiny bit -- and we learned they were custom Blythes,
We had NO idea about her cost, her extensive and intricate Etsy wardrobes,
her BlytheCon events, or anything.
My girls found the 1970s dolls to be a little creepy --
But then they saw the custom dolls...and that changed EVERYTHING.
Those dolls were intriguing.
Those dolls were art.
And these dolls were completely new to us -- and they appeared to have personalities!
Thankfully, early on, we were in contact with
Cindy Sowers and she introduced/educated us
to so many things about Blythe.
{This little gal pictured above was customized by Cindy.}
At the time we began corresponding with Cindy,
we had no idea who Cindy was --
she took our lack of knowledge in stride,
and shared so much helpful information with us.
We will forever be grateful to her for sharing her knowledge with us,
and more importantly helping us get our our first custom Blythe.
{We can't wait to order from her again.}
And now we know not only who she is, but we are WOWed by her work.
If you aren't familiar with her, you should check out her work.
