Had a few minutes to work in the doll room today.

Looks like one of the girls snuck into the photo without her shoes and socks on her feet!

Lillian Kate aka Lilli

This little lady found her way into our home in 2019.

Lillian Kate -- Lilli for short.

She loves all things lavender.

Lavender ice cream, sodas, and tea.

Lavender scents, perfumes, and soaps.

The color. The herb. The flower.

All of it.

And dancing -- ballet, ballroom, tap, and jazz.

She is a cutie.

She loves fashion and creating her own style.

Alysee

Alysee joined our doll collection in 2018.

She loves poetry and wants to be a writer some day.

She is very thoughtful and full of thoughts.

This is Nanette. She is the second Pullip girl to arrive at our house.

This summer has been so busy.

I haven't been able to spend much time in the doll room,

but last week I was able to work on a few things.

Spring Cleaning & the First Day of Summer!

The first day of summer is officially here!

We did a little spring cleaning earlier in the month.

The doll room is looking fresh and clean again.

Redressed all the girls in pinks and aqua --

Japan Mementos

These three cute little girls traveled home with me from Japan!

I told myself if I ever went to Japan I would pick up a Junie Moon souvenir.

{I never really thought I'd get there -- just a fun dream.}

Fast forward a few years --

So fun to see Japan with our son, to hear him speak the Japanese language and show us 

everything he loves about the people, the culture, and the country.

The guys were the best --

they told me to get a Neo in Osaka, 

and then they found a store in Tokyo and told

me to get one there too.  

I could't tell if they were serious or just egging me a long!

But I took them up on the offer --

{I actually picked up my first Middie on this trip too!}

So fun!

I think I'm going to keep them in their packaging for a bit.
